If something should go wrong on the day and the keys are late, don’t worry we have a late keys guarantee and we’ll make sure we can still move you in. If something gets damaged we will personally handle any insurance claim, repair or replacement. We even have breakdown cover on all our vehicles so we can still get you to your destination. In the unlikely event of you having to make a complaint because we are members of the BAR you have access to their Independent Dispute Service
